Our Spanish curriculum focuses on foundational language skills of listening, speaking, reading, writing, and thinking as students explore and develop knowledge and skills with increasing complexity and nuance in Spanish. We believe, as research consistently shows, that as students are exposed to two (or more) language systems, metalinguistic and metacognitive skills are enhanced across the curriculum.
