Our PE courses provide a foundation for enjoyment of a physically-active lifestyle. Students are engaged in activities that develop basic levels of strength, endurance, and flexibility. They work safely in groups and individual movement activities. As students progress through school, they learn to monitor their own activity and performance. Throughout the grade levels, students are encouraged to view physical activity as challenging and enjoyable. (19 TAC Chapter 116)
