Re-Enrollment

Re-enrollment for current students is held each year, beginning in January.  Families are encouraged to finalize their registration prior to early February, when new student applications are due.  The re-enrollment information packets will be distributed the first week of January. Re-enrollment is completed online through FACTS Web Based Enrollment. Each family will recieve an email with a link to access their family's re-enrollment forms.

Those families that are interested in applying for tuition assistance can come by the Business Office to pick up the required forms or fill out the online form through FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by clicking the link below.  Tuition assistance packets must be turned in to FACTS by April 15, 2012 in order to be included in the first review of applicants. Notification typically comes in late May.

Families must wait for their son or daughter to be officially accepted before they apply for tuition assistance.
