If you are interested in applying for the 2010-2011 school year, you may find the Admission Checklist and paperwork by going to the Forms section of our website.
If you wish to apply for the 2011-2012 school year, you may fill out the Online Inquiry Form beginning in January, 2010. This form ensures that we receive your contact information so that we can keep in touch with you during admission season. We will send application packets to families who have filled out the inquiry in November, 2010.
Parents may fill out the Online Inquiry as early as January of the year before they plan to enroll at Holy Family. For example, if you plan to apply for admission for the 2012-2013 school year, you may fill out the Online Inquiry as early as January, 2011.
Applications for the 2011-2012 school year will be available in November, 2010 and will be due Friday, February 4, 2011.
