Holy Family is a Diocesan school of the Catholic Diocese of Austin and is incorporated by the North Central Catholic School Corporation. The Board of Directors of the corporation is a board of limited jurisdiction in regard to planning, broad policy, finances, and development. The Board is subject to the applicable laws of the state of Texas and to the policies of the Catholic Diocese of Austin. The Board has delegated to the Office of Principal the full responsibility for the educational program and the expectations and procedures outlined in the school's Handbook.
Regular board meetings are open to any interested person. Board bylaws, policies and minutes may be viewed in the school office during regular business hours. Current members of the Board of Directors include:
