| Administration These volunteers support the main office with clerical tasks including bulk mailing, typing, filing, answering phones, and other duties as needed |

| Hospitality This committee coordinates refreshments for school sponsored functions as well as sending cards and flowers for appropriate occasions to members of the school community. |

| Library & Parent Education These volunteers work in conjunction with the administrative staff to provide school approved education materials to parents. This committee also works with our Librarian to assist in the library. |

| Morning Supervision This committee serves the faculty by assisting with student supervision between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. Their primary duty is to safely assist children from their cars during morning drop-off. |

| Room Parents This committee organizes classroom parents on behalf of the administration, teachers, and PA for certain classroom activities, service projects, fundraising projects, and other events as deemed necessary. Each classroom has one key contact in addition to other parents offering their time and talent as classroom helpers |

| Staff Appreciation These volunteers coordinates activities to express parent support and appreciation to the faculty and staff for their hard work and dedication to our children. Events include special meals, birthday recognition, pie drives and other surprises! |

| Uniform Resale These volunteers provide the school community the opportunity to donate gently used uniforms for purchase at a reduced price. This service is available year round and at our annual resale event. |

| Prayer This committee provides an avenue for the school community to express faith and support to one another via telephone prayer chain. Rosaries are also hosted every Friday morning. |

| Health This committee schedules and conducts required hearing, vision and diabetes screenings. |

| Liturgy This group prepares our school gym for weekly Mass as well as putting items away after each service. |
